Aungate Real-Time Policy

Aungate Real-Time Policy (RTP) sets a new benchmark for real-time policy management and measurement by analyzing enterprise communication streams, regulatory content and governance policies to establish relationships which are disguised by terabytes of information. Unlike random sampling approaches, Aungate RTP monitors all electronic communications including email, IM and voice traffic in real-time and automatically alerts compliance officers, lawyers, managers and employees in order to mitigate potential risk and governance violations. Used in conjunction with other Autonomy ZANTAZ modules, Aungate RTP automates processes and actions including legal hold, retention and disposition policies and information leak prevention.

With Aungate RTP, policies are created and deployed using any combination of keywords, conceptual descriptions or existing samples. For example, Regulatory Content can be supplied via market-leading publishers of regulatory information to automatically create compliance policies. Policies can be centrally managed and deployed to all servers, archives and endpoints including employees' desktops and laptops. Unique features allow communications to be appropriately captured, blocked and routed, while users may be warned or alerted. Results are visualized in real-time to identify correlations and gaps in information which may pose a risk to operations.

When a potential policy violation is discovered, Aungate RTP provides online collaboration and workflow tools, complete with annotated approvals, escalation and rejections, to ensure consistent and timely reviews as well as documented policy enforcement. Moreover, all of this considerable functionality is directly available to compliance officers without the need for intervention or assistance from IT.
